Rick Peden, Founder

Our company was started by Rick Peden in 2010. He got his start in health and safety with a multinational organization where he learned the value of having a strong management system.

Rick started consulting in 2010, when he partnered with other like-minded business people. From there, he worked with many companies in diverse industries and earned a reputation as a reliable safety professional. Since he started consulting, he has maintained 90% of his client base over the last 10 years and continues to introduce many new companies through referrals alone.

Justin Maier

Justin Maier has the Qualified Safety Representative (QSR)™ designation and has obtained the OH&S certificate from the University of New Brunswick. He’s an external auditor for the Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships (AASP), Energy Safety Canada, and the Northern Safety Association. Justin works closely with Rick in COR audits and managing client service work in addition to serving as a partner in the company.
